Should you require any medical treatment or assistance during your trip or you need to file a claim, it is important to contact your insurance provider’s assistance and claims team directly and immediately.

Failure to do so could limit your benefits. Full details are in the documents that would be sent to the primary policyholder’s email address and it is important that you keep a record of the provider's contact information with you. When contacting the insurance providers, please have your policy details available for reference.
