Coverage Questions

When you reach the Quote Results page, we will display a breakdown of your policy and the coverage included within it. You can get a more detailed list of cover limits by pressing ‘select’ beside the quote you want.

The value displayed in either of these breakdowns is the max each person on the policy can claim. The exception to this is the Total Price - which is the total sum of the premium to be paid for the policy (including any applicable taxes) and includes all travellers.

The amount shown under the policy price will be the total amount you will pay for all travellers, and the conditions (if applicable), that you have listed on your quote.

Some insurance policies will include a deductible. The deductible is the amount of covered expenses that you are responsible for paying per person per emergency claim.

The deductible can vary by coverage section (e.g. medical expenses, baggage, cancellation) and by insurance provider and is usually per person. You will be able to review any applicable deductibles and filter them on the quote results page or by checking the policy wording.
