Some destinations - such as States in the USA will be covered under one destination, the United States of America (USA).

When generating a Single Trip quote, we recommend that you select your actual destination country(ies) - like the United States of America (USA), Mexico, Cuba, or France. This is necessary to offer you the products that provide coverage for your chosen destination(s).

If you are generating an Annual Multi-Trip policy, you can select from the three options to keep it simple.

Always check that the country you're travelling to will be covered BEFORE you purchase your policy.

Some insurance policies restrict coverage in the country, region or city that you’re travelling to, for which the Government of Canada (GOC) has issued a travel advisory.

You can preview the policy wording for each product by clicking the ‘Select’ button in the row of the policy on the Quote Results page and then clicking the ‘Policy Wording’ link from the slide-out panel.

You can also check the Government of Canada’s travel advisories here:

Most Annual Multi-Trip policies will cover trips in Canada. But you should review the policy benefits and limitations to understand what may or may not be covered.

You will be able to check the terms and conditions of cover on in the policy wording before you purchase.
